Jonathan Rhodes is a co-director of Linney Create, the full-service Insight and Creative agency and consultative arm of the 173-year-old Linney business. After graduating from the University of Oxford, Jonathan has spent a decade helping to build Linneyโ€™s insight capabilities, ensuring that customer-centric thinking is at the heart of the agencyโ€™s design process. His team thrives on applying a rigorous but creative approach to the traditional world of consumer insight, blending the agencyโ€™s multidisciplinary capabilities with technological innovation and expert partnerships.

We started Insights Chats because we felt that many industry events were too sales-oriented, had generic content, or were not free. These events were full of case studies, which in theory sound great, but theyโ€™re almost always at a surface level, making it hard to gain any real insight. And of course, there were sales pitches everywhere. It was difficult to walk around without being approached. All of this came at a significant ticket fee, which could easily add up. That was the motivation for Insights Chats โ€” a series of events that bring people from the insights industry together.
